FRANKFURT (MktNews) - German industrial production rose 0.1% on a seasonally adjusted basis in January from previous month's levels and rose 6.0% from a year earlier, according to the median forecast of 23 economists surveyed by Market News International.
The high forecast calls for production to rise 1.5% on the month and 7.1% on the year, with the low calls for production to decline 1.0% on the month and to rise 4.6% on the year.
In December industrial production rose a revised 0.2% on the month and 4.9% on the year.
